1. Margherita
Topping
- 150 g crushed tomatoes, salt, a little oil
- 125 g mozzarella
- Fresh basil leaves
Method
Spread the tomato, add torn mozzarella and bake. Put the basil on when it comes out of the oven, with a drop of olive oil.
2. Pepperoni
Topping
- Tomato sauce
- 150 g mozzarella
- 60 g thin pepperoni or spicy salami
- Pinch of oregano
Method
Sauce, cheese, then the pepperoni slices on top so they crisp up. Sprinkle oregano and bake.
3. Quattro formaggi (4 cheeses)
Topping
- 100 g mozzarella
- 50 g gorgonzola or blue cheese
- 40 g parmesan
- 50 g gouda or any hard cheese
Method
No tomato: brush the dough with olive oil, spread the cheeses evenly and bake until golden and bubbling. A little black pepper at the end.
4. Vegetable
Topping
- Tomato sauce, mozzarella
- ½ green pepper, ½ onion, sliced
- A few mushrooms, sliced
- Olives and sweetcorn
Method
Slice the vegetables thin so they cook in time. Sauce, cheese, vegetables, then a drizzle of oil and bake.
5. Hawaiian
Topping
- Tomato sauce, mozzarella
- 80 g cooked ham
- 3–4 pineapple slices, in pieces
Method
Drain the pineapple well so the pizza does not get soggy. Sauce, cheese, ham and pineapple, then bake.
Tip: the hotter the oven, the better the pizza. Pre-heat it for 30 minutes.
